A series of boxes I built out of old wood to hold bronzes cast with found metal and wire pieces added to the wax originals. The boxes were built to encourage the handling and investigation of these “objects d’art.” Each box has a lens, or other device to alter its initial view and is collaged with edited text from old books, entering into a dialogue with the “user” regarding some influence of art on life (or visa versa).
